We can provide advices for automation. We can rebuild (modify) your old industrial robots, as well as retrofitting your secondhand, unused installations. With some modifications for life prolongation, you can keep using your installations for around 20 more years. We can also provide advices of maintaining your transfer installations with low cost.
Retrofitting Industrial Robots
If you are planning to create a new production line with limited budget, it is a good idea to retrofit secondhand installations. The retrofitted installations usually work as well like brand-new ones.

The parts used in industrial robots such as servomotors for driving tend to worn out after 10 years of usage. You may buy a new robot to replace the old one, but this is costly. If you replace only the old parts (such as servomotors or drivers) you can prolong the robot's life without much cost.
